• Due to strong demand, we have extended the summer season until 1 November 2020!

• Before the summer season we have renovated most rooms and have convert our larger rooms into studio apartments with kitchens for self-catering. Bookable from 10 July and as always only for men over 18 years.

• In summer 2020 we do not offer breakfast. You can prepare breakfast yourself in your apartment or have breakfast elsewhere (e.g. Wilder Kaiser, Kaffeewerk, Kaiserlodge, Ellmauer Hof, numerous mountain restaurants and huts with breakfast on the mountain).

• Bookings for summer season 2020 can be changed (rebooked) up to 1 week before the planned arrival.

• In case of official travel restrictions or quarantine orders in Austria or in the home country, the booking can be cancelled at any time - even at short notice.

Winter 2020/21:

• Hotel operations with breakfast from 20 December until 20 March 2021.
  Sauna and Bar open daily from 5 pm.
• Apartement operations with self-catering 4 to 19 December and 21 March until 11 April (ski area closing Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental). Click here for days of the week and opening times sauna & bar.
